All Sales Are Final
As a small, family-operated business, we are unable to accept general returns. All sales are final unless otherwise noted below.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected].

We will gladly accept returns for:

• Items with manufacturing or workmanship defects
• Orders where the wrong product was shipped due to a fulfillment error

Outside of these situations, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges
• If we sent the wrong item or your product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange

Order Cancellations

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If you cancel an order before production begins, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Warranty Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited lifetime warranty covering normal use and manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse
• Accidents
• Modifications or alterations

Order Processing & Shipping

Pre-Orders
Estimated timeframes for pre-orders will be provided at the time of purchase. Please understand that production delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Times

• Most orders ship within 7 business days
• “Quick Ship” items typically ship within 3–5 business days
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays.
